I just bought a new desktop PC with Windows Vista. The file folders that store my photos look like open folders standing on edge. Something strange is happening. Even after I select and put one image on the folder to represent the contents (via properties), later the next day or when I open the file and close it again, another image from somewhere else on the hard drive will pop up on the front of the folder. It is often not even an image within that file, or even belonging to that group or category. This is very annoying.
How do I stop this? Is this a glitch in the computer or something fixable?
