Why do My palm's get all weird?

Hey. I just got this question about my hands. Well, whenever I get in trouble or, whenever I feel sad or get scolded, my hand's get all itchy. And it's just the palm. I don't understand this. It's been going on for years now. Doe's anyone know what this is? 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER, I promise! But It's got to be good! Thanks in advance
