Why do my nails have some weird grooves?

My nails have little grooves on them, but only some of them. Some have vertical ridges, which i heard is normal, but on others, its more like clusters of tiny, pretty deep dents. I had some blood work done because I was having severe dizziness, but all of the tests they did came up negative. I was just wondering why these weird dents are there and if there is any concerns that are related, and if there is any way to get rid of them
