Why do my fish like to group together in five?

So I have 6 silver tipped tetras. I noticed that when they school it is usually in groups of 5. The weird thing is, it isn't the same fish that says out. Every time I check, it is a different fish that does not school.

All 6 of them do school, but it is very uncommon. any ideas?
