why do my fish keep dropping down dead?

We have had 10 fish in our pond for nearly 2 months now and we have now lost 5 all today. I cant work out why they are all dying and what has happened to make them die??? Do you think it is natural or has my nasty neighbour done something??
they are fed the same amount as they always have been (the guided amount on the bottle) and the pond has got the filter running all day every day. I can not get a water check kit as it is bank holiday here in the UK and no where is open. They all seemed fine yesturday.

Have you tested your water? Unless your pond is filtered, it can be just as susceptible to deadly levels of ammonia as an indoor aquarium. That is what I would look into before suspecting my neighbor, nasty or not.

You should probably check the acidity of the water. You can get things to neutralise it, but it could also be food, temperature of the water, illness... but if you think it's completely random check the acidity.
