I have been a dairy farmer in the past,I have milked cows and have been quite sucsessful in the past and have gone into chicken farming now,I put the milking device on my chickens but no milk comes out and they only recieve welts and give no milk,what am I doing wrong.
I have tried poking a hole in their skin with a needle so the milk can come out but it doesn't work and they only become agitated and bleed all over the place.What am I doing wrong?
