why do my boyfriend and I always fight?

my boyfriend doesn't take me anywhere only to his apartment to have sex and he keeps me there overnight in his small apartment and in the morning he doesn't buy me any breakfast but only buys himself breakfast he says if I want to eat I should learn how to cook and he also wants me to clean his apartment which I am telling him is never going to happen he says that by my age I should be able to cook and clean (I'm 23) but I tell him I refuse to do any of it and that I only want to be with him to have kids with him I want to have kids so bad but he doesn't what are my options in order to have kids? (don't tell me adoption since I have decided I will never want to adopt) can I have artificial insemination done or something like that? will my insurance cover it? I am in new york city and have Medicaid
