well im a football player and we have been in off season for awhile and whenever we go outside to do agility drills or running my arches would start to hurt and the only way it stops is either when i sit down and rest (which i cant do) or when i take my cleats off (they're Nike with 21 on the back forgot what they were called) im very worried about this, the pain is not letting me get through the drills.
why do my arches hurt when i run in football cleats?
