why do mobile themes downloaded from the internet does not work in my cellphone?...

...help please..? i have an n82 cellphone. i downloaded themes from mmcforums, if i'm not mistaken. the downloaded themes were sis format. i dont know how to use it. i sent it to my cellphone via bluetooth and installed it to my phone. but, it repeatedly gives me the "unable to install" phrase. please help. thanks.
