They seem to have no actual, legitimate use. So why have them? Or is it just a matter of time before men's bodies evolve until they don't have them anymore? I'm honestly curious. Does anybody know the scientific explanation to this???

They start developing before the factors that determine gender are fully engaged.

Because God has nipples, and we are made in His image. He also has a belly button and genitals.

men and women they have a bit similar internal body structure except the gonads. but if you do more research you will find both of them have similar organs but one may have in rudimentary form. and also they both evolve in same way during fertilization and development as fetus, sexual differentiation starts after 5 th week of gestational life.
