Geez, like they have a raging episode if you mention the words "Planet Fitness." I don't understand why people hate it so much.

Every time I go to PF, there's lot of pretty girls (like me) so I'm not sure why these guys hate it so much. If I were a man, I rather go to a gym with lots a cute girls than a gym with naked men all over the place.

love,

PF is fun!! And I like to go tanning!! I spend hours there at a time!!
Jello Mello: You're exactly what I'm describing. You "men" get all defensive and insulting when Planet Fitness is mentioned.

I think its because PF has like the "no judgement" zone. So, I don't think they're allowed to go their to intimidate the not as fit guys lifting? haha idk that just what I think. I like the massage chairs :P

There's no squat rack. To load & perform a squat safely, and truly maximize strength gains, there should be a squat rack.

The weights aren't that large. Only 80 lb dumbbells. That's pretty low.

Deadlifts aren't allowed to be performed. What? That's a basic weight training exercise. VERY basic. We even did those in my group exercise class in college.

Judgement free? I think the lunkhead alarm speaks for itself.

You go to a gym to exercise, not to scope out the "pretty girls."
