why do i tend to forget the words when im speaking?

this is really annoying, this always happens to me when im like speaking i always forget the words im going to say... ex: "i went to target and i bought ummmm.."and recently when i told my dad about the paper that i got from my teacher, which is the "essay"... im like "dad, i got the papers from my teacher" then he asked "what papers?" then i was like so blank for 5 seconds -.-

its so annoying it feels like im boring the shyt out of the person that im talking to.
