why do i sweat exccessively when i am at school or any place but i am not exercising?

i have realy sweaty palms too and i am a 14year old girl
i wiegh abt 135 pounds....i have realy cold hands!
i dont like sweating when i wear tight or lose shirts ...only like in 29 mins i hav a huge sweat patch on it
it is very embarassing;(
