Why do I randomly get sick so much?

For about the past 6 months or so I have been getting sick a lot. it is very random though. I will feel fine and then all the sudden a will feel so incredibly sick and vomit and or have diarrhea. When it is done i will feel fine. It happens maybe 3 or 4 times a month and i dont know what it is. Lately it has been vomiting and diarrhea at the same time, and i feel bad for a while after. it doesnt seem that any kind of food causes it, so what could it be?
 
It's not normal nor healthy to have diarrhea/vomiting so often. You're getting rid of all your electrolytes.. you should drink some Pedialite. But anyway, I would really recommend you go to your doctor and get a referral to a GI to get some testing done.
