Ok here's the thing: I changed my diet for around 1 month to a vegan diet, & then I started getting really gasy & bloated, so I stopped. & I went back to my normal diet. That was about 2 months ago & now ever since i've stopped & went back to the normal eating habit, the gas & bloated stomach is still there & it is very irritating. Can someone please help me get rid of this?
