I'm a 15 year old girl. I have recently been so angry. I got home today from school and had a panic attack for absolutely no reason. My sister just started annoying me and it resulted in me screaming, hitting walls, and throwing stuff. I can't contain my anger anymore. Then other instances, I'm incredibly sad...and being around people like my mother just frustrates me. My period ended like a little less than a week ago...so idk if PMS is really a reaosn why I'm acting like this. Anyone have any ideas?
