I was walking my dog today and all of a sudden, I had this immense pain shooting across my middle back and is now residing in the left side of my middle back. So bad, it took me a couple of deep breaths just to keep walking. I popped it but nothing seems to work and am afraid I messed up something...which I can't afford to fix.
Why do I have sharp pain in the middle of my back?
