I've always been a pretty good writer. I seem to have great conversations with people when I'm chatting on AIM, but I can't seem to translate the skill to everyday speaking. In person, I have trouble holding a conversation, and am much less interesting and witty. Does anybody have advice or a good way to improve my speaking? Thanks.
