Why do I have low voltage for my Jeep?

I have a 95 Jeep Cherokee V6 4.0L. I've had the battery tested and it can hold a charge. What could be the problems? I have also been told it's not the alternator.
 
Check your ground wires or have some one else recheck the alternator. If neither one fixes it try putting a different battery in. They can short out and do funny things to vehicles.
