...before bed? every time i masturbate before going to bed, i wake up in the middle of the night with an erection that doesn't go away no matter what. i try cooling it with water but nothing. it lasts for about 1 hour or more i would say. my penis gets so hard that it really hurts and it doesnt let me sleep at night

why does this happen?
i am 20 years old
this is no ordinary erection, its really big and unlike normal erections that fade after a 10 mins, this one doesnt no matter what
