I am an adult woman. Whenever I make/eat chicken, my hands swell up. Also, my lips, mouth, and finally my whole face. Then in my feet. I notice it in my hands first. To rule out any additives, I prepared the chicken PLAIN using only water, not even salt. No difference. But, this doesn't happen when I have chicken in a restaurant. Only at home. Is this an allergy? This happens regardless of whole chicken or boneless breast, boiled as soup, steamed, nuked, sauteed. anything.
