Why do I get "Mail server for "comcast.net" unreachable for too long" when sending to comcast recipients?

This just started happening a few weeks ago (mid October 2011). I thought it was just one Comcast account that was having this issue, then I realized it was any Comcast email recipient that I send to from Yahoo mail is resulting in this same bounce message.

I checked both the Originating (66.94.236.190 ) and Received (207.115.20.135) IP addressed listed in the bounce headers for blacklist status and they did come up as such.

Any Clues how to resolve this?
