Why do I get </html? when I put in the picture code? HTML?

I'm adding a picture and the code I'm using is <img src= "LOGO.jpg" width="700" height="200" border="0" ALT="Logopic"> and it shows the pic on the browser but there is a </html? beside the pic. Please help
