This never happens in the day, it always happens at night when im laying down, i'll get this quick sharp pain in the heart area that goes away but leaves a feeling as like when someone scares you all of a sudden, this happens more than once every night. Could it be stress or anxiety? Im really scared cause it feels really ugly...someone please help me...
