Ok i admit I starved myself for a couple of days and just had no energy whatsoever. But i still went to the gym, obviously i couldnt do exercise very well like on the treadmill i could only go speed 4. But i was motivated to start eating healthy again accepting the fact i will gain weight but I didnt binge which is really good. But i went to the gym expecting myself to be bursting with energy now that i have food in me but I still didnt have energy to run, in fact i was even more tired and ended up not being able to do anything at the gym. Why do i feel so tired and without energy even though I ate (quite a lot but not too much) instead of energetic with calories and food in me? Thanks for your help.
