i feel now a days like i need the gym . i workout everyday besides wednesday and sunday . i always seem to look at myself in the mirror to see any changes . all my life ive had people say that im little and get my weight up and stuff . now a days im average when it comes to body type . i use to be very skinny but now im more cut up and have strength .i weigh 154 . normally i bench 195 , deadlift 205 and squat 235 . but i feel like thats not enough . im scared to loose my strength and look scrawny if i were to stop for any reason at all . heres a pic of myself - http://s765.photobucket.com/albums/xx293/dakidwonder908/?action=view¤t=utf-8BSU1HMDAwMTctMjAxMDAxMDctMjIwM.jpg&newest=1
