why do i feel sick after being in an airconditioned room after 30 minutes or so?

My parents run the ac a lott and i notice whenever i'm in theair-conn for longer than 30 minutes i start feeling ill, i feel nauseous, light headed and feel like im going to throw up.

i normally feel better once i go outside for about 10 mins.

Does this happen to you and why does it happen?
