why do i feel pressure in my ear and my ear pops like if im at the mountains?

i have a sinus infections but why is my ear doing this inside my ears they are burning too as well but i ahve no sharp stabing pains htat would indicate an ear infection anyone know what can cause this it feels like if i had alot of water in my ear deep in there and it makes those clicking popping pressure sounds but yet there is not water WAHT IS THIS
