I'm just starting sprints and I want to get better at it so I can do track next year. Before then, I'd just go at a very good pace running, and can keep it up for 30 minutes without feeling exhausted or vomiting. But I just pure suck at sprints. I was gagging after doing two 100m's full speed, (which I'm guessing I shouldn't go full out since I'm just starting.. oops?). Pretty sad huh. I just want to know what I can do to prevent this (maybe training tips), or the possible reasons why I can't hold on in blasting out sprints but I can go longer distance. Thanks!
