why do i feel a thump when i press the brakes on my toyota camry?

every time i press the brakes on my car doing 60ish i feel a thump from the car i think it may be a bad motor mount some where on the engine but i would like to know if that is one of my possibilities.i only ruled out the brakes because it doesn't do that at low speeds or normal speeds let e know what you guys think
