Okay, I'm 16 years old i was going to the gym about 4 times a week doing strength training and eating right and I could tell I wasn't losing any fat, I was replacing it with muscle, which was fine for the first few months but when the growth slowed down I tried to cut down on my fat levels and my body just wouldn't do it. I ate right I even ate less and less food. I ate healthy fats. I did cardio. I tried the 6 small meals diet. I've tried everything. So then I was thinking it's genetic, but my dad never had any fat on him as a kid and my mom is super skinny. So it wasn't that. Then I thought maybe I have low testosterone levels but it don't think it was that either because my muscle growth rate was a little above average. Is it my age? Do any of you have these problems? I'm not fat I just have an inch of fat I'd like to rid of. Please help
