Almost everynight I go to sleep I dream that I am still with my x. and in that dream I dinf him cheating on me, i watch him have sex with other people, than I start beating him violently, crying my eyes out I just keep punching and punching him, bashing his head in, watching him bleed as I am crying. I find nude pics of other people...than I wake up so tired, my body feels like it got no sleep and I am so tense. I wake p so sad, filled with anger, I dont know what to do, I am worried it may take an effect on my health...
