Why do girls like to dance so much?

I know both guys and girls dance but it seems generally pointed toward women. Women seem to enjoy it way more the men do. Is it because they feel confident and want to show themselves off? Does the music really move you? Because me being a guy have no urge to dance when ever a rap song comes on. (I actually hate rap so maybe that's a little biased)
 
i feel more confident because i KNOW i'm good at it. and idk it's a good way to communicate to people if you are kind of a shy talker. ya dig?

its fun thats why! i mean its okay if you make a fool of yourself sometimes but its just fun to be out there dancing instead of being a bum and standing around.
