Why do ghetto girls always create drama?

Me and my friend were in the locker rooms and it's gym hour(I hate going there because it's so full of ghettos) and this girl was complaining about her swimming cap and all that. We look at her and she decides to say ''what y'all lookin' at, better look some where else'' I was very annoyed and I said ''well you're yelling and it's kind of annoying'' then she said she was gonna ''beat my ass'' she never did but everyone was lookin at us it was annoying. why do people do this
