why do flash games lag ?

ok i have this problem with flash games i can play them find at first then they tend to have lag spikes i can run wow at 50-60 fps on medium setting 10-30 on the highest so i don't really get why i lag on a simple flash game ive tried switching to all diff browser but for some reason it still runs slow here are my computer stats

Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium

Processor: AMD Turion(tm) X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-70 (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz

Memory(RAM): 3836MB RAM

Graphics Card name: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
