why do female preachers hate these verses'1Cor.14:34-35'?

1Cor.14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.

35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

When I was Christian and went to a church that allowed female preachers, they decided to say these verses were about gossip. Women weren't permitted to speak because all they did was gossip. But if you are talking about god, it's ok.
So I'd imagine most female preachers don't hate those verses, they just reinterpret them to suit their needs, as most Christians tend to do.

Because a lot of preachers omit and leave out tons of verses too. A lot of preachers tend to preach only certain verses of God's Word and leave out the rest so they dont contradict their "doctrine" or offend members of the church so that they lose some income.

the basis for those verses comes from the fact that Jesus only chose males as apostles. The Catholic Church won't allow woman to be priests not because they have the authority to say no, but because they lack the authority to say yes.

in contrast, It may someday be that the Church repeals the requirement of celibacy because Peter had a mother in law. However, it seems unlikely.
