Im 21, Male. I gained the college weight a few years back, at heaviest weighed around 185-195 but I'm tall; 6ft. 2''-3'' ...So not too bad. I've always been active and been in decent shape. New Years, decided to buckle down and get fit (and not gunna lie I want a 6 pack.)
I eat healthy, rarely drink. Go to the gym 5 times a week, and run 2-3 miles about 6 days a week. I do an ab work-out nearly everyday. Depending which day I do different lifts that focus on diff. muscles etc... I've lost like about 15 lbs. I don't care about 'weight/lbs.' though, just want to be more defined, cut, but instead seems as if "I've gotten fatter with the weight I've lost?" Mostly my mid- section. Like the pouch of flab (under bellybutton but above waistline), Also the love-handles towards area towards my lower back. I do feel though the muscles in all these areas are stronger/harder. In the mirror however, I look loose,flabby,less-defined,bloated.
Why is this? What can I do?
