Why do dogs always whine about being outside or even if their inside the basement?...

...Aren't they outside creat? ures to begin with?
I always see they try to stay in the living room where everyone is or try to get in the bedroom when someone is in there.....
their bred to be in the wild......
Launi shutup well their animals...
well their inside but they still complain if you leave it in the kitchen or basement even for a little bit
I DON'T have a dog...I did when I was a little kid but not anymore
