Why do creationists think evolution is Astronomy, Abiogenesis, and that people came...

...from monkeys? Where do these misconceptions come from? Is this taught with creationism or are these just assumptions made?
For a few of you who don't understand...

These are misconceptions

The Big Bang Theory is not evolution, that's Astronomy

The creation of life on earth from single celled organisms is a branch of Biology, or Abiogenesis

Evolution is the study of how species change over time (this includes plants and animals)

And people did not come from monkeys according to evolution principles. Evolution principles state that we have a common ancestor with the great apes (Gorilla, Chimpanzee, Orangutan). Monkeys and apes are not the same thing.

The question is, is this actually taught with creationism, meaning that maybe they can't help their misconceptions, or is it just ignorance, meaning they are unwilling to study the principles before they debate it by saying what evolution is, but seem to have no correct knowledge about it?
