...speeds max 110km/h? I'm just wondering if the speed limit let's say 90km/h, assuming 90km/h is universal; applied in all countries, then why do they manufacture cars that are capable of running 180km/h or even more?
It is not universally applied in all countries. Speed limits vary from country to country and in Germany the Autobahns still have no speed restrictions at all. Case closed.
