most credible? And how can that belief be reconciled with the following facts?

If the so-called 'liberal' cable news channels CNN, CNN HLN, MSNBC, CNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS were combined, their nightly prime-time viewership would be 24.7 million to Fox's 2.8 million prime-time viewers. If you exclude the networks, that still puts 'liberal' cable news channels in a dead heat with the right-wing Fox News.

Is it possible that Fox News has better ratings than any single cable news channel because they are the only right-wing propaganda channel, while there are multiple 'liberal' aka legitimate news channels for viewers to choose from? If Fox's high ratings are due to it being the most "fair and balanced," why do 10 times as many Americans choose to get their news from what conservatives describe as "the liberal media" as watch Fox News?
