Why do cellphone companies and internet providers, along with car manufacturers ( the gas milege in them is not set too high on purpose) do that?
Are they recording what we visit in a server or do they have too much traffic in the satellites up there? Why do they limit our data usage?
What are they being charged for if they are the data providers? (1st answer)
