My cat always licks my dogs head and shoulders when she's just laying around. My cat is a male ragdoll and my dog is a female yellow lab. Sometimes my dog just lays there and closes her eyes and other times she gives him a playful paw and he'll lunge at her. Is this licking out of affection or something else?
