How come bosses and people with prestigious positions, always hire people with good background?
Don't they have feelings? First of all, bosses are rich most of the time. And they have tons of money. But if i was the CEO of Disineyland or something, I would hire people with low background because those people are probably poor and without hope. I think the world can be fair if bosses hire people with bad background.
What do you guys think? Personally, I've never went into an interview or any job-related stuff, since I'm only a freshmen college student. Just wanna know how bosses feel these days.
