http://f1803.mail.yahoo.com/outage_pages/outage.html ? I'm logged in to Yahoo, but attempts to get to my email by any route take me to http://f1803.mail.yahoo.com/outage_pages/outage.html although closing the browser and starting over then logging in as a different user takes me to that user's email. Have tried several times. Should probably ask from other user's account since I can't read email on this one.
