Why do Americans hate cricket, yet they like baseball?

Cricket is Gentleman's game, and we all know Americans have problems behaving like gentlemen. So they derived their own version of cricket and named it baseball to suit their ego, temperament and culture.

people in india sri lanka and other asian countries like cricket ..it is fashion here.
where as in USA baseball is major sport. Just like we cant like baseball,they dont like cricket.
New zealand England Australia and south africa are the countries their people like sport , they are complete sport lovers.
they like Rugby foot ball cricket tennis golf wrestling hockey .
