...National day of Prayer? I am a Catholic and i don't know a single person who does anything special for that day either! most people doesn't even know its exists so whats the big deal?
its just another day made up by the Christian Right in an act of self-reverence, I don't need a special day to pray with the rest of the weirdos in this country! the bible teaches that prayer is meant to be between me, god, and behind a closed door, not used as some sad demonstration of Nationalisim!
perhaps he did becuase Muslims and Jewish holidays are normally over looked, underscored, and misrepresented in this country!
maybe we as christians should learn to share the country as equals and not cry like babies who had their lolli-pop stolen form them...lol!
