This isn't supposed to be insulting, I'm just curious. I mean opening up a semi-edible "ethnic" restaurant in a foreign country does sound like a good idea, but there's got to be a connection. There's tens of thousands of them. The majority of the employees can speak maybe 20 words of English combined. And all the menus are identical.
