Why do all my Fish I buy die!!!!?

every time I buy fish they die. Like they get this thick white film on them. I thought it was ICK but when I used ICK away it just killed them faster. I've even bought a new tank, went to a new fish source and they still get the same thing! Pleas help I really like fish its the only thing that calms me down. :'(
 
When you buy a tank, you should clean it. WITHOUT soap! Just a clean sponge or paper towel and warm water. Then wash all the accessories such as the gravel, any statues, ect. Againk, WITHOUT soap! Just warm water. Then add water to the tank at room temperature.

It maybe also be the fact that the fish do not have oxygen because you do not have a filter. Fish NEED a filter!

And when you buy your fish, do not take them out of the bag right away. Leave the bag (with the water and fish in of course) in the tank for 30-45 minutes. Then cut the bag and release the fish. Do not feed the fish until another 10 minutes.

you probably feed them to much or the Temperature isnt correct
PS yes the water has to be a specific Temperature
