Why do a bunch of teens my age have Blackberries?

I wonder if the title was redundant...Anyways, I think it's stupid. All the popular kids at my high school have one. Both of my parents are business people that own one, and I consider it to be more of a business phone. Am I the only teen that thinks this?
 
im not a teen but its not rlly bus. phone anymore. its about money and BB wants everyone (even you) to own one. bottom line....cash is king.
 
I had one in high school. They are very useful and bbm is a cool app. Some kids don't know how to use them and that's just sad. Blackberry is a phone for everyone, not just for the business people. At least the newer models are.
